1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BooyahPool Raffle System, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

2. Eligibility and Participation

To participate in our raffle events, users must provide a valid In-Game UID. Participation is voluntary, and users are responsible for ensuring their local laws permit involvement in digital reward systems.

2.1 Only one entry per UID is allowed unless specified otherwise.
2.2 Any attempt to use bots or automated scripts will lead to an immediate ban.
2.3 Participation fees are non-refundable once the raffle has commenced.

3. Prize Fulfillment

Winners are selected through a transparent algorithmic process. Prizes are dispatched to the provided Game UID within the specified timeframe (usually within 24-48 hours).

BooyahPool is not responsible for incorrect UIDs provided by the user. Please double-check your credentials before entry.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the "BooyahPool" logo, custom code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of our infrastructure. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

BooyahPool Raffle System shall not be liable for any technical failures, server downtime, or external issues that may affect participation. We provide our services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Modification of Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform or updated in the "Last Updated" section of this page.
